A BILL

To suspend until January 1, 1995, the duty on Acarbose and on Nimodipine granulated blend and tablets.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SUSPENSION OF DUTY ON CERTAIN CHEMICALS.

    Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following new subheadings:

SEC. 2. APPLICABILITY.

    The amendment made by section 1 applies with respect to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
