		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H9B3C96E48C4E41A9A3D164B0007BAE74" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote>Honest
			 Money Act</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HF10D625EAAC64FA2AEFAB8978F171059"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of legal
			 tender laws</header>
			<subsection id="H409B5D56F3FE4CE1B7002501B0ADD86E"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 General</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/31/5103">Section 5103</external-xref> of title 31, United States Code, (relating
			 to legal tender) is hereby repealed.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HB050275461C9428C83CBD3D409B9C0B1"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Clerical
			 Amendment</header><text>The table of sections for subchapter I of chapter 51 of
			 title 31, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to
			 section 5103 and inserting the following new item:</text>
