<section id="H8CBC71AFED22403482C67E0007C78F00" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Valerie Plame Wilson Compensation Act</short-title></quote>. </text></section> 
<section id="H348ACB01C2604165A23739E1C427D0D7"><enum>2.</enum><header>Voluntary retirement from the central intelligence agency</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">For purposes of any determination of rights under title III of the Central Intelligence Agency Retirement Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/50/2001">50 U.S.C. 2001 et seq.</external-xref>), Valerie Plame Wilson of Washington, District of Columbia, shall be considered to have met the age and consent requirements that apply under section 302(b) of such Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/50/2152">50 U.S.C. 2152(b)</external-xref>) by virtue of section 233(a) of such Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/50/2053">50 U.S.C. 2053(a)</external-xref>).</text> </section>
